As a Bricklayer, you’ll carry out work with a focus on delivering excellent services, along with an ethos of ‘Right First Time’ always completing a repair where practicable in one visit, ensuring high quality and high standards of performance.
You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a bricklayer. Measure work areas and set out the first rows of bricks or blocks.
What you will do:
● Spreads mortar on foundations and bricks, and places, levels and aligns bricks in mortar bed.
● Use a trowel to lay bricks and mortar.
● Shape and trim bricks using hammers, chisels and power tools.
● Check that rows are straight using a spirit level, laser level or plumb line.
● Examine drawings, photographs and specifications to determine job requirements.
● Construct arches and ornamental brickwork
● Repair and maintain building blocks
● Work outdoors on construction sites, in all weathers and at heights

As a roofer, you will undertake roofing work on the full range of properties. You will be undertaking high standard Roof repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a roofer, who built roofs using various materials and tools. What you will do
● Cut and fit roofing felt.
● Cover roofs with slates, tiles, sheets, or cladding.
● Remove debris from roofs to place materials.
● Smoothen roof surfaces and fill in edges with cement.
● Lay, align, and secure successive overlapping layers of roofing material.
● Apply waterproof membranes to flat roofs and seal edges of roof with mortar.
● Measure roof or exterior wall and calculates required amounts of underfelt, tiles, slates, or thatching material.
● Follow safety rules.

You will become an integral part of our digital marketing team, working on a huge variety of exciting construction projects, with lots of opportunities for progression as part of our Digital Marketing growth plan.
You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a marketer, who is expert in digital marketing tools.
What you will do
● Plan, building, manage and report of PPC campaigns, primarily across Google Ads & Facebook Ads. You will also support the Paid Social department when required.
● Independently onboard and manage new projects across various platforms.
● Use analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for client campaign optimisation.
● Create proposals for new business and supporting the sales team in pitches.
● Report on PPC campaign performance to senior team members.
● Conduct regular competitor research.
● Continually suggesting ways to reduce CPA or increase ROAS to drive business growth for our clients

What you will do:
- Taking measurements and preparing the site for woodwork
- Preparing drawings for cabinetry, framing and other construction projects onsite
- Designing and installing fitted wooden shelves, cabinets and drywall
- Installing fixtures and fittings such as handles, locks and hinges
- Select and also evaluate materials for potential defects
- Reading and interpreting designs to meet specifications set by Architects
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other tradesmen
- Following all standards for kitchens and bathrooms in remodelling projects
- Assessing and reviewing additional carpentry or joinery refurbishments
- Performing finish carpentry including siding, flooring and built-ins

You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a plasterer.
What you will do:
- Understand which materials are best for both new construction and historic buildings and obtain them beforehand
- Prepare walls and ceilings for stucco and cement by cleaning, taping and fixing any holes or cracks
- Create a mortar mix that is perfect for the particular application, modify it when necessary and ensure the new plaster matches the consistency and texture of the existing plaster
- Coat walls with plaster and go over the undercoat to make sure the final coat is flawless and requires few touchups
- Design the desired texture and create ornamental plaster, recreating original designs when necessary
- Construct scaffolding so plaster can be applied to ceilings and other hard-to-reach places and re-position it as needed
- Hang sheets to protect doors and windows from wet plaster and remove light switch covers
